Welcome to BlueShore Buena Park Pool Service. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Buena Park, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning and replacement, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspection services.

Service details, scheduling, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns exist or if weather conditions prevent safe work.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of one-time services or according to the agreed schedule for recurring services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may result in service suspension. A late fee may apply to payments more than 15 days overdue.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

For one-time services, please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

For weekly services, you can pause or cancel your service with one week notice. No refunds are provided for partial service periods.

4. Property Access

You agree to provide safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times. We are not responsible for delays caused by locked gates, aggressive pets, or other access issues.

If we cannot access your property during the scheduled service window, a trip charge may apply.

5. Liability

We carry general liability insurance and take care to perform all work professionally. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or property.

You are responsible for maintaining safe conditions around your pool area, including proper fencing and safety equipment as required by local laws.

6. Equipment and Repairs

We will inform you of any equipment issues or needed repairs discovered during service. Repairs require your approval before work begins.

We use quality replacement parts and chemicals. However, we do not guarantee equipment manufactured by third parties beyond the manufacturer warranty.

7. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Our guarantee does not cover issues caused by factors outside our control, such as extreme weather, equipment failure, or improper pool use between service visits.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
